Homeowners [Pre-renovation]

  • We help homeowners shortlist genuinely reliable and suitable IDs for their renovation!

    We started due to the large number of poor renovation experiences, as a result of deceptive marketing and shady practices. We vow to eliminate all the lousy IDs/contractors in the market.

  • Absolutely! We earn through a simple referral fee from our partners.

  • Yes, they are, for legal purposes, as only those with HDB-license can carry out renovation works for HDB, and this acts as our 1st layer of filter.

  • Some are, and some aren’t! From the reviews done with homeowners, it is clear that not all CASE-accredited firms have good post-renovation reviews. Delving deeper, CASE largely protects one’s payment. However, we believe that a good renovation experience goes way beyond that.

    Hence, it is not a qualifying criteria for us. Rather, we adopt a different, and even more telling approach to differentiate the really good firms.

  • The million dollar question - it is quite straightforward, we get a referral fee from our partners.

    However, be assured that our mantra is this: Not all who can pay can enter. This is one key reason why these shady renovation practices still exist today.

    Frankly, It is not hard to find renovation firms. What’s hard is finding the genuinely good ones.

  • Reliability is our core proposition, and our absolute top priority. This is why we started.

    We ignore all online photos/reviews which can be fabricated, and rely extensively on word-of-mouth. This means we personally review renovation firms directly with their past clients. This is operationally strenuous, but we believe this is the most telling.

    After submitting the enquiry, we will give you a short call, where we will ask you more questions on your priorities and type of firm you are looking for.

    As our due diligence involves drilling down to the individual ID for each firm, we know who is better in design, more experienced in penthouse, more affordable than others, and thus, will be able to recommend someone suitable.

  • We do have these onboard as well.

    Landed homes require a different skillset and experience. Not all who claim who can do it, can do it.

  • You don’t have to do anything else.

    We will give you a call within 1 day to better understand your needs. Our recommended partners will then contact you within 3 working days.

    Throughout the process, we will also be here if you have any renovation-related queries!

  • We strongly recommend this for two reasons.

    First, it saves you time (ironically). The quotation will be more precise as they are able to better understand your needs, rather than over text where it becomes a little grey.

    Second, you can decide if you have chemistry with that person. Communication is so under-rated in the entire process, and will go a long way to ensure a smooth experience.

  • Yes, at no charge!

    Actions speak louder than words. We vow to deconstruct this shady industry.

    By sending our own people to do site visits, we can update you on the progress, and sound out any possible errors to the ID/contractor quickly from our experience.

    We cannot afford for anything to go wrong.

  • Our team would have contacted you earlier when you submitted our enquiry form. They will also check in with you every 2-3 weeks to see if you have any queries. This applies during the renovation as well.

    If you have any queries then, do not hesitate to ping them. They will definitely help you.

Homeowners [Post-renovation]

  • We will reach out to get your genuine feedback on your renovation experience, and the recommended firm.

    Genuine reviews are extremely important for us. This will allow other homeowners to view them, and ensure that they continue to maintain the standards.

  • You can do this here, even if you renovated with someone outside of our firm. We collate these information and share it with homeowners for their safety.
