$50k Deposit Protection

For projects signed with a Deconstruct-referred firm, your deposit is protected up to $50,000 if the firm ceases operations.

Coverage Up to $50,000. Contracts must be sent to Deconstruct within 7 days of payment.

Deconstruct can conduct site checks during key renovation stages to flag workmanship issues and ensure our standards are kept.

Typical Checkpoints Post-tiling and carpentry pre-handover stage, depending on project scope.
